COVID Safety
The health and safety of our community is of the utmost importance. To ensure that everyone can safely enjoy this celebration, proof of full COVID vaccination will be required for all guests. We also strongly encourage guests to be up-to-date on all CDC-recommended boosters.
North Star Fund is using a HIPAA-compliant service, CrowdPass, to verify vaccinations. The online process is simple, secure, and should only take a couple of minutes. CrowdPass follows a two-step verification process, and most verifications are completed within a day.
Once approved you will receive an email titled, “You Were Approved – Get Your CrowdPass” which will include your QR code. This vaccination verification code is unique to you and may not be shared or reused. Please have this QR code available when you arrive on June 21.

As we are carefully monitoring the amount of people in attendance, we will be making use of a waitlist to maintain safe numbers and avoid overcrowding.
About CrowdPass
CrowdPass is a health-clearance platform. Their intuitive web application is used for clearing attendees through the uploading of negative test results and/or full vaccination proof. CrowdPass’ hosting server Heroku, is not only HIPAA compliant, but also has the following certifications ISO 27001, 27017, 27018 as well as SOC 1, 2, and 3 Certified. You can rest assured that your data is safe and secure. In addition to the hosting server, the event host will not have access to see your private medical records on our system. Only our trained staff will be able to review and approve. Within 30 days of the event’s completion, all of your data will be wiped from our database.
