What a beautiful and joyous evening honoring grassroots organizing in New York!

It meant so much to be together in community, especially in these times. We’re deeply grateful for everyone who attended the “social justice prom”—and everyone who was there with us in spirit!

We were moved by the powerful words of our Community Funding Committee members.

We were inspired hearing about the essential work of our Frederick Douglass Award Honorees—Arab American Association of New York, Haitian Women for Haitian Refugees and Hudson Link for Higher Education in Prison.

We shared some much-needed laughs with Emcee Kerry Coddett.

We were wowed by the rhythms of Art of Stepping and the music of 45 Riots.

And we reflected on our work together with North Star Fund Executive Director Jennifer Ching and Board Chair Sayu Bhojwani—as we prepare to continue the fight today.
